Roast: Med-dark. Origin/Region: Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. Grower: Smallholder farmers from Kintamani. Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor. Altitude: 1,200–1,600 m. Process: Hand picked, wet-hulled and dried on raised beds. Soil Type: Volcanic loam.
